This is kinda late news, but it’s still amazing. PSY’s ‘Gangnam Style’ video made internet history yesterday, becoming the first video to reach over a billion views.
To be fair, the song should have been recognised for this long ago, as there are many replicas of the video on unofficial channels, as well as hundreds of parodies. But yesterday the official video on PSY’s YouTube account reached the one billion mark, an amazing accomplishment.
So, if you haven’t seen Gangnam Style, then the jokes on you – you didn’t contribute to internet history. But, you can try and contribute to it’s 2 billionth right now.
