I currently really like Google’s design scheme for Android. Almost all the applications look similar to each other and I think the Holo design is probably a better default design than on any other operating system. But if you take a look at the calendar app, you’ll notice that it’s really boring. It’s still Holo, but there isn’t really much to look at.
This concept by Loranz Yousif is a brilliant example of what it could look like. It really shows a lot more information at first glance than the current one does. Hopefully Google see this mock-up and take notes, because it’s far better than the one people are currently using.
