EE Begins to Offer SIM-Only Plans

EE is now offering SIM-only plans for customers who already have a phone capable of using the high speed internet, so don’t need to empty their wallets on a new phone.

As you can guess, the prices are far from cheap, especially when you compare it to the standard 3G options.

500MB – £21 a month

1GB – £26 a month

3GB – £31 a month

5GB – £36 a month

(Each contract lasts 12 months)

4G is still very rare to come across in the UK, however it’s gradually being activated across the country and should be available in most areas by early 2013.

500MB for £21? On 4G you could blow through that in an hour. What’s the point?

That seems to be what most people are saying around the web, they probably just used it as a way to advertise the 4G for as low as £21.
